University Hosted Receptions
All groups requesting to hold receptions in conjunction with the 2022 BMES Annual Meeting MUST complete an online form.
Hosted Reception Request Form
Due to an overwhelming response for hosted receptions, BMES will utilize the Marriott properties and the Convention Center to accommodate receptions on Thursday, October 13, 2022, between 6:00 pm and 10:00 pm.

The BMES BASH (dessert reception) will be on Friday, October 14, from 6:30 - 10:00 pm. |

The cost for hosting a reception is $2,000 (the fee is waived if you are a sponsor). |

BMES will reach out to you for payment details as we are able to honor reception requests. |

Reception hosts will be responsible for all expenses for the event including food and beverage, labor costs, and any audiovisual needs. |

Please note that there are a limited number of reception spaces available. Please submit your request as early as possible to ensure space availability.

BMES assigns reception space in the order we receive the reservation forms and based on the hotel spaces available for the event size. Catering menus will be provided after space has been reserved.

The deadline to request a hosted reception is August 15, 2022. BMES staff will contact you to confirm your room assignment in Mid August. Annual Meeting sponsors are assigned reception space first. |
